Getting Around the Farm

The Farm is on one level from the car park down to the Animal Centre. The pathways across to the outdoor paddocks are also on one level. However, when it has been raining, the paths on site can become boggy and muddy.

Please make sure you wear sensible footwear and clothing during your visit. We are a countryside attraction and some paths may be uneven. The wonderful Welsh weather doesn’t always behave, so wellies and waterproofs are often a great idea.

Woodland Walks

The Gnome and Fairy trail is on one level and is the most accessible for a pushchair, pram, or wheelchair. However, as with any woodland, the surface of the path can be uneven and will be impacted by the weather.

The Nature Trail is a more challenging walk and includes steps, slopes, and some areas that may become slippery.

Merlin’s Walk is our shortest woodland walk. It begins through the amphitheatre and will take you to the sheep field. This path is on one level but can be narrow in places.

Toilets and Baby Changing

Toilets including baby changing facilities and a disabled toilet can be found behind the café opposite the Animal Centre.

Changing Places Toilet

Our Changing Places Toilet can be found next to the café.
