Amelia Trust Farm is a safe space to meet new animals, play in the fresh air, and have outdoor adventures! We know that lots of our visitors love seeing our smaller animals, and during Bunny Time, you’ll be able to hop into the Animal Centre to meet our rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets and reptiles. Our Animal Care team will be there to tell you more about our small friends, give you a chance to get to know them, and the opportunity for you to give them a cuddle!

We will also have Morgan from the British Rabbit Council to talk about caring for rabbits and how adorable they are!

Get creative and lost in story time with Barry Library and don’t forget to track down the talented face painter from Neveah’s Parties!

There will also be a colouring-in corner, lawn games set-up, and of course our fun seasonal trial to get you round the Farm!

Share The Love With The Reptiles

During this 30 minute activity, children will get the chance to meet and interact with some of our fascinating reptiles. A member of our Animal Care Team will lead the session and children will be able to get up close and personal with our lizards and snake. They’ll have the chance to ask questions and learn all about these unusual creatures.

It’s a great opportunity for children to get used to reptiles and remove the ‘fear factor’.

Please head to the Animal Centre 10 minutes before so you are ready to meet the reptiles.

Please note: This activity is suitable for children aged 4 and over. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Your tickets include entry to the Farm where you can see the animals, play in the outdoor park, explore the woodland, discover wildlife and stop in the Green Leaf Café for refreshments. Spending time at Amelia Trust Farm is all about having fun in nature and we’d love you to join us!

When?

Wednesday 23rd April 11:30am – 12pm & 2pm – 2:30pm.

How much?

Entry plus £5 per child participating in the activity.

Adults will not need a ticket for the Meet the Reptiles session but everyone visiting the Farm will need an entrance ticket.
