We are looking to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer to take over from the current CEO who retires next Spring. The role is ideal for someone who wants to make a difference in transforming the lives of young people; and who is committed to preserving and developing our environment so that it can be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities. We are looking for someone who
- has executive, managerial and fundraising experience
- has robust financial governance and commercial acumen
- can work alongside our experienced Trustees (Council of Management)
- will provide inspirational leadership to our excellent team of staff and volunteers
- will offer strategic vision going forward
- while not being afraid to get their boots muddy in the daily decisions of life on the Farm
