Easter is just around the corner and our Big Easter Event is almost here! The Big Easter Event is our largest fundraising event of the year and we’re so excited to get started…
What can I expect during Amelia Trust Farm’s Big Easter Event?
A few hours of family fun at the Farm with a eggs-tra special Easter twist! Come along to see the animals, explore the woodland, play in the outdoor park, and enjoy some time in the Welsh countryside.
During our Big Easter Event you can also have a go at our Easter trail and see if you can spot the wooden eggs around the Farm. Once you’ve completed the trail, children can claim their chocolate prize from the Welcome Shelter! There will also be face painting, the chance to meet the Easter bunny, a colouring corner, and some talks from our Animal Care team about our lovely animals.
Bro Coffi will be onsite serving tasty hot and cold drinks and yummy treats, and The Artisan Cook will be serving up hot and delicious pizzas on the red brick area outside the Animal Centre.
By buying tickets for our Big Easter event, you’re supporting our small charity, and we would love to see you at the Farm!
Are you open every day of the holidays?
We’re open every day of the holidays for Farm visits, and the whole family is welcome – including your four-legged friends! If you are bringing your dog to the Farm, please remember to keep them on a lead and pick up any mess. Our woodland walks are ideal to spot some wildlife and get lost in nature, and the outdoor play area is perfect to let off some steam.
Weather depending, Bro Coffi will be onsite every day serving drinks and snacks.
What’s happening during the second week of the Easter holidays?
On Friday 5th April we will be holding our Feel Good Friday event.
During our Feel Good Friday, we want you to spend time going back to the basics – enjoying playing outside, seeing animals, exploring the woods, and chatting to friends and family.
Join us for a guided nature walk around the woodland, spend some therapeutic time with our small fluffy animals, get creative with crafts, and drop in to read a book in our quiet corner. From the moment we open to the time we close, the Farm will be a no device zone, and we want to encourage you to take time away from your ‘normal’ to appreciate the little things in life.
As well as our additional activities, you’ll also be able to see our lovely animals, play in the outdoor park, have a go at our seasonal trail, and explore our lovely woodland.
